You have 100% exchange right within 4 weeks. If you do not like the product, we will refund the value of the goods. Please return the articles to us in the original packaging of the manufacturer. Use a parcel or package for this purpose so that the original packaging of the manufacturer is not damaged.

Unfortunately we cannot refund used articles!

For the refund of your postage costs we always ask you to send us a postage receipt! In case the article is defective or we have sent the wrong goods, we will of course refund the postage costs.
