The brake discs in the Brembo Oro series are manufactured in a single casting from stainless steel.

The manufacturing process complies with strict tolerances in terms of design and construction.

Brembo's extensive experience has enabled it to determine the appropriate shapes, tolerances and sizes for each type of motorcycle and application.

In fact, by carefully studying the machining tolerances, the special shaping of Brembo discs improves the transmission of braking torque while offering improved resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses.
