Compared to the 150cc cylinder kit from Naraku, the 177cc cylinder has of course been given an even larger bore which in turn can further optimise the performance of the engine. Since in cubic classes from 160cc on the original ECU reaches its control limits, we recommend to optimize the injection with the Malossi Force Master . In this way the full potential of the engine can be exploited and the material can be protected. The combination with a sports exhaust system further enhances the performance of the engine.
For vehicles with carburetor (e.g. Rieju RS3) a new tuning of the carburetor is necessary in any case.
For those who are not yet satisfied with the performance of this cylinder kit, we also recommend the Naraku cylinder head for engines with 62mm bore. The combustion chamber geometry and squish edge of the cylinder head are adapted to the bore. This prevents the formation of knocking nests inside the combustion chamber.
