Cylinder kit from the Malaysian racing team "Cardinals Racing." The cylinder kit features a generous 65mm bore, which corresponds to a displacement of 194.45 cc when used with standard crankshafts. It is designed for setups with significantly increased displacement, where compression, fuel delivery, ignition, and cooling must be carefully balanced. Installation is not a simple plug-and-play swap.

For a stable setup, you should only use the kit with a compatible cylinder head, high-quality gaskets, and adapted fuel injection—or more precisely, engine electronics. Additional modules or control units such as Force Master, RaceDynamics FuelX, or comparable solutions may be necessary depending on the vehicle and setup. The original electronics may reach their map and fuel injection limits during this conversion.

Due to the higher compression, the starter motor must overcome more resistance when starting. This can place a greater load on the starter motor, starter freewheel, and battery, especially with frequent use, a weak battery, or a cold engine. Depending on the setup, an upgrade to the starter motor and power supply may be advisable.
