Malossi mixer Aprilia M545 / M547 125cc 4T engines (also E5+)

The Malossi mixture emulator enhances the engine control of modern i-GET and 125/150 cc four-stroke models with precise control of the air-fuel ratio. The device emulates the signal from the original lambda sensor, enabling more stable, finely tuned mixture control—especially in combination with the Malossi Force Master ECU.

The current version offers a completely revised signal emulation with high accuracy. Three integrated LEDs indicate the operating status: Power, Rich, and Lean. This allows the function to be monitored directly without diagnostic equipment. The optimized control loop improves drivability, power delivery, and efficiency.
