The filler consists of pure, unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber parts.

For repairing larger areas of damage in industry and in the hobby sector, which already have rust-through and are exposed to particular mechanical stress. Can be used on metal, wood, concrete, many plastics, etc.

Perforations can be bridged and stabilized, larger unevennesses can be filled.
Suitable for repairing through-rusting up to a diameter of 12 mm.
Pitting larger than 12 mm in diameter can be filled with prestolith special polyester resin, for example, before application.

The newly developed NT adhesion promoter ensures particularly good adhesion.
The elastic resin used allows application even on surfaces subject to stress and expansion forces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Always read and observe the caution texts carefully before use!

Application

The surface to be filled should be derusted, clean, dry, free of grease and sanded.
As a primer before and after filling, we recommend the presto Epoxy Primer (please observe drying time).
Take the required quantity of material from the package and mix well with the corresponding quantity of hardener.
Apply the mixed material in the desired layer thickness.
Clean tools immediately after use, wash off with nitro thinner if necessary.
Do not return mixed material to the can.
After approx. 20-30 minutes, the filled surface can be drilled, sanded, sawed, filed and painted.
To prepare for subsequent painting, level with prestolith plastic filling filler (Art. No. 600054) or prestoflex polyester fine filler (Art. No. 601211).
