Felt mat with anti-slip coating on the underside. Moped mechanics should not do without a base mat. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, the felt prevents small parts from "jumping off", which is all too popular, and secondly, the mat reliably absorbs oils and liquids. For this reason, a screwdriver mat is often mandatory at almost all motorsport events or meetings. At least when the moped is obviously being worked on and liquids are being handled.

But besides all that, the mat also looks nice under the moped in the garage.
