CNC parts for your bike

CNC parts give you the chance to create an individual look on your bike with minimal effort. Parts such as oil filler caps, master cylinder covers, chain guards or even sprocket covers and engine covers made by CNC machining can be fitted or swapped in just a few minutes. On top of that, they're much cheaper than an aftermarket exhaust or a big bore kit.
Apart from that, CNC styling parts look much more high-end than stock parts. We only sell our own Radical Racing parts after strict quality control – checking not just the fit and the look but also the function! Our master cylinder covers, for example, have a breather hole, so – just like the stock cap – no vacuum can build up in the reservoir.
They also come in lots of different colours, so you can find the right CNC parts to match your bike – whether it's classic KTM orange or Yamaha's "Racing Blue". Looking for yellow parts for your Suzuki or Husqvarna? Need them in green for your Kawasaki? No problem – just get in touch. If there's enough demand, we can make other colours too.

Brake & clutch lever sets

CNC-machined, anodised aluminium levers are also very popular. Brake and clutch levers are often the first thing people notice on a bike, and you've got them in view the whole time you're riding. Nice CNC levers in the right colour really lift the look of your bike – especially when you compare a stock KTM or Yamaha lever with a CNC lever.

Besides looks, comfort is hugely important with levers – and often underestimated. Of course, we make sure our levers have no sharp edges from production, and they also offer 6-way span adjustment, so you can choose the lever angle that's most comfortable for you. With well-known brands like Puig, V-Trec or of course Radical Racing, you can rely on the levers giving you a comfortable feel and great grip even on longer rides. Our levers, like those of most of the manufacturers mentioned above, MUST have a built-in breaking point. That's important so your fingers don't get crushed against the bars if the worst happens.

Fitting the levers is honestly child's play and usually takes just 10 minutes, even if you've never done it before – and you can always do it on your own.
Levers are now available for all kinds of bikes, such as the Yamaha MT 125, Yamaha WR 125, Yamaha YZF-R 125, KTM Duke 125, KTM RC 125 & Honda CBR 125.
