Peel-off varnish or "Sprayplast" is the simplest and gentlest method of giving surfaces a new look, next to normal spray can varnish. The big advantage is, that the paint can be simply peeled off foil, if it does not like it or if there is a defect in the paint. Dupli-Color recommends to use the lacquer only for rims, but in our opinion the possible applications are much more versatile. Fairing parts which are not made of polycarbonate can normally be treated without problems.
For a sufficient paint coverage up to 5 layers of paint should be used. Each layer should dry a little after spraying, so that the next layer does not blur with the previous one. After drying, the sprayed-on film can also be painted over and remains removable, making it suitable for individual painting.
