We can offer you our Radical Racing GP Carbon here in a "Black Line Special Edition". This black painted version of the GP Carbon is the solution for your bike if you don't like the "naked" steel of the standard GP Carbon. The manifold of the GP-Carbon is divided in this version, like the normal version, but painted black to be able to insert a catalytic converter and to be well protected against rust.

If a catalytic converter is fitted, the noise level, exhaust emissions and performance of the exhaust are reduced in a perfectly legal way to comply with the required Euro3 limits. If the exhaust system is operated without a catalytic converter, the engine performance can be increased by up to 5%. If the Seeger ring and dB killer are removed, the sound of the engine can be improved even further. However, this has the consequence that the EG-BE expires! Legal use is then no longer permitted.

The necessary approval numbers are noted on the pipes and the rear silencer. So you don't have to carry any other papers with you.
The assembly of the exhaust system as well as the catalytic converter is simple and can be done in a few minutes.

Assembly instructions

The exhaust system is NOT mounted on the inside of the footrest and center mount like the original exhaust, but on the outside!
DO NOT tighten the manifold directly, just tighten the nuts/bolts. The manifold must be able to be "turned/moved" for the correct fit of the exhaust system.
The rear silencer MUST be pushed over the intermediate pipe as far as it will go.
The Honda CBR is very susceptible to an incorrect mounting angle of the exhaust system, and seems not to fit. It may be necessary to twist the manifold / intermediate pipe / rear muffler together in the assembled state so that the mounting points can be reached.
As soon as the exhaust sits at all mounting points, tighten the screws from the front (manifold) to the rear.
The front spoiler has to be cut down about 1cm in the area of the catalytic converter, we recommend to use a sharp cutter.
