Crankcase breather from NARAKU

This crankcase breather is compatible with all 139QMB/QMA (GY6 50), GY6 125-180cc and Kymco 4-stroke engines. The set simply replaces the original oil filler plug and is installed vertically upwards. It is securely fastened underneath the bodywork with the enclosed fastening material.

Why a crankcase breather?

When the piston moves downwards in the cylinder, excess pressure is created in the crankcase, which reduces engine performance as the piston also works against this pressure. Sufficient pressure equalization allows the engine to rotate more freely and transmit power better to the road. In addition, the dangerous foaming of the oil is largely prevented, which greatly reduces the risk of oil film breakage.

A negative effect also occurs when the piston moves upwards, in this case in the form of negative pressure, which is also compensated for by the breather.

Although all engines already have a factory-fitted crankcase ventilation system, this is often too small. The original ventilation system is not sufficient, especially for engines with increased performance and larger displacement, and should be adapted accordingly.
