The Italkit racing diaphragm block is designed for performance-oriented setups and significantly improves gas flow in the intake area of 2-stroke engines. Its optimized design ensures more precise throttle response and more efficient cylinder filling across the entire speed range.

The diaphragm block is made of aluminum and has a Viton coating that ensures a permanently secure seal. The carbonite diaphragm plates used react particularly quickly to load changes and help to reduce vibrations in the intake system. The result is smoother engine running and noticeably more direct response.

The use of this diaphragm block is particularly recommended for engines with larger carburetors or tuning cylinders, as this allows the full potential of the improved air flow to be exploited.
