Italkit Crankshaft Yamaha NMax 125, 2017-2020

The Italkit crankshaft was developed as a high-quality, reinforced replacement crankshaft for Yamaha NMAX 125 models. With original stroke and a particularly robust “double-forged” connecting rod, it is ideal for high-performance street bikes as well as for engine overhauls where maximum reliability is required. High-quality materials and modern manufacturing technologies ensure high durability and a long service life.

For manufacturing, Italkit uses heat-treated high-quality steel as well as a special connecting rod bearing cage with a PEEK anti-friction coating. This reduces friction, improves lubrication, and significantly increases the service life of the connecting rod. The reinforced connecting rod design ensures high dimensional accuracy and stability even under increased loads.
