The ZF dual sprocket with 49 teeth and 520 pitch is one of the highest quality and most technically advanced sprockets in the off-road and supermoto sector. The design combines an extremely durable steel ring gear with a lightweight duralumin core, combining long service life with noticeable weight savings.

The duralumin alloy used impresses with its high density and enormous strength. Hardening gives the material almost the same strength as steel, but it remains significantly lighter. The result is a sprocket that lasts around three times longer than pure aluminum sprockets and is also around 50% lighter than classic steel sprockets.

Milled pockets in the tooth base ensure effective self-cleaning. Dirt, sand, or mud cannot get stuck between the teeth, which significantly reduces wear on the chain and chainring. This makes the ZF Dual chainring ideal for tough off-road use as well as sporty road use.
